The World Health Organization (WHO) worldwide recommends exclusive breastfeeding for the first six months of a baby's life. Beyond that, the WHO also states that breastfeeding should continue, along with the introduction of complementary foods, up to two years of age or longer.

What is the official recommendation?

IS EVERYTHING READY FOR BABY'S ARRIVAL?

You've probably already bought the first bodys, the crib, or the high chair.

You've compared several stroller models to find the best one for your baby.

You've analyzed the pros and cons of each diaper brand, but:

Do you already have all the information you need regarding breastfeeding?

Of course, the decision to breastfeed or not is exclusively yours and will always be, but:

Do you truly know all the BENEFITS that breast milk can bring to your baby as well as to yourself?

Speaking of breastfeeding, my BIG MISSION is to inform families about the benefits of breast milk for both the baby and their mother, family, and even for companies.

There are still many myths associated with breastfeeding today. I will show you that they are and will remain myths:

YES, your milk is nutritionally sufficient.

YES, your milk production is adequate for your baby.

YES, you can balance work and breastfeeding.

Is it worth investing in a breastfeeding consultation?

You can do the math yourself, but if we consider only the financial aspects, breastfeeding alone saves you nearly €1,300 in the first year of your baby's life, just in formula costs.
